CASE STUDY: LinkedIn training for business

Hotel and Travel Solutions (HTS) chose Capella Synergy to help improve its digital presence. We identified a need for regular and engaging content, shared with the company’s industry and target audiences through its under-utilised social media channels. Additionally, we identified a need for the busy leadership team at HTS to take part in refreshed LinkedIn training. This could support them to maximise their own profiles and grow exposure of the HTS brand.

We tailored a LinkedIn training session around HTS and its objectives. We shared the benefits of raising individual profiles and how this would, in turn, increase the digital presence of HTS.

Many of the team had a LinkedIn account, but didn’t have the confidence to use it from a professional perspective. We created and led a practical and interactive session of hints, tips and live examples of how to use those accounts. And we included guidance on finding and sharing relevant content, and getting involved in industry conversations and networks to grow the team’s circle of influence.

The team left feeling inspired and several months on, still actively post and share news, opinions and tips. We continue to work closely with them, generating and sharing new content and images of their activities through our WhatsApp group, and growing their followers and HTS brand visibility.
