The company, headquartered in Chicago, organise an extensive events programme with five conferences scheduled for 2018, taking place in; Montreal, the UK, Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto. CAMSS World recognised the need for support in the delivery of such an intense events programme and with an objective to grow these conferences, increase the events’ profile and brand awareness of the company. With this in mind, CEO Rob Simms looked to The Events Raccoon and Capella Synergy for additional support.
The two agencies will work together with CAMSS World on their forthcoming UK event later this year. CAMSS UK, taking place at the Royal Horseguards in London on 2nd May, will have The Events Raccoon provide an end-to-end event management solution whilst Capella Synergy will work with the team to ensure regular touch-point communication with delegates, announcements of speakers and sponsors through direct e-Campaigns and social media messaging.
Outside of the UK event, Capella Synergy will also provide a strategic 12-month marketing plan to support the messaging of the events programme for 2018 and with an end goal of growing the events programme in 2019 with more events across Europe where The Events Raccoon will continue to support on the event delivery.
